This is an issue that has been going on for about 4-5 months or more.
I have no idea why, but everyday there will be a "bot" posting XXXX rated links in the comment and writing something in japanese EVERDAY.
IT ANNOYS ME
I tried to find everyway to block these bots what so ever but I still can't accept deleting the comments EVERYDAY
at first, it only effects "ONE" post in my blog
but 2-3 days ago, it starts effecting "TWO" posts in my blog already and this time it's in European or somelanguage that use english alphabets but when i read I don't understand it and it's advertising for something WHICH I DON'T LIKE IT COMMENTING ON MY BLOG

The result is, I'm closing the comments, probably not permanently, but maybe
because actually this blog is just for me to write about Rockman news, but since I've been TOTALLY BUSY lately this year, and next year because I need to get into colledge I haven't been updating news, even the important ones for the past months.

The Online Store Rakuten has open up a pre-order page for Rockman EXE Operate Shooting Star, which in the site includes the first screenshot of the battle system

It looks just like Rockman EXE's battlefield, no new options but instead of one row of selecting the chips, it has 2 just as in Rockman EXE 2and so on. Also , the new mugshot is shown below in the school computer network I suppose.

Major updates on MegaMan Star Force 3 website!
Characters, storyline, wave changes, videos, bonus area (coming soon), system and the sattelite server has been added!

English Version of the Sattelite Server

What's missing/difference from the english and japanese one (for now) is in the English version is missing the Gold Wave Masters at the Main room, the picture of the noises are swapped for some, the english version is missing the Noise Kaizou Gear, White card archives and the secret sattelite server, and they haven't updated the information about Black Ace, Red Joker, and Burai Noise yet

CoroCoro told us that Program Advances will be returning in Shooting Star Rockman 3. In this game, a program advance will take three cards and merely form them into a stronger card that you can only otherwise obtain from the Meteor Server Folder as either Black Ace or Red Joker. The demo's folder gives you access to the following three advances:

Noise Modification Gear: Progress Stage (released on the day the game is released - November 13, 2008)

One card would have a function of Noise Card, White Card, and Rezon Card.
Noised Cards has five types: Spade, Heart, Club, Diamond, and Shooting Star Joker. They can also come with numbers. The amount of Noised Cards you can use will depend on the types and numbers. Noised Cards would affect Rockman or the Noise Changes.

When you use a white card, it would replace your favorites in this game with those four white cards you put in. The white cards would then be attached to the end of your folder and can't be changed (if you want change, you would need to download it from a Station in the game or use another white card of the Noise Modification Gear).

Last, the Rezon Cards. You could get them by downloading and it would be the only one you get. In this game brother band system has been replaced by Team System. On the customize screen in the game, you will see a table display for Rezon Cards, with the members of your team, including yourself, displayed on the left and all your upgrades displayed on the right. On the bottom left screenshot in the image above, you can see a shot of what a team customize page looks like with no other team members. The player has only the "Ultimate Wood Master" card equipped and only gets Wood Star +3 and First Kusamura Panel equipped. However, with two other members on his team, as seen with the bottom right screenshot, the player gets access to another "Ultimate Wood Master" card, granting him a total of Wood Star +6 and he has access to another card that grants him "FM Vulcan" as a charged shot and Normal Star +3. In other words, you get access to the Rezon Cards of all members of your team.

When connected to WiFi, you can either choose to battle against members of your own team, opponents whose Friend Codes you have registered, or random players.

WiFi can be used to communicate with other players and you can use their Brother Cards if they are a member of your Brother Band (seemingly referred to as "Teams" in this game).

Alternately, if you defeat a random opponent on WiFi, you can also receive Rival Noise cards. Like Brother Cards, they will either roulette through the other player's four white cards or it will merge their equipped Noise Change with yours.

Chat Room

What's nice about the Random Battle system is that you can choose to filter your results. This will allow you to select opponents who don't use Noise Modification Gear. You'll also get to see your opponent's records and his mugshot will display as the Noise Change he currently has equipped. Outside of battle, you can even hold a voice chat with your opponent.

Something to note that is mentioned in this article is the Noise Level. As we know, in Wave Battles (bosses or PvP), it will increase by half the amount of damage dealt using a non-elemental, non-time-freezing card. This is especially great if you'd want to make the most out of dealing double-elemental damage through your opponent's weakness.

The Wave Station

White cards do not necessarily require the actual Noise Modification Gear to be used. The in-game Wave Stations have been mentioned in earlier news reports and perform multiple functions, such as providing information as well as allowing Rockman to move to Wave Roads from the physical world when he's transformed. As Subaru, they can be accessed and used to download White Cards to your profile. These four cards are determined by the specific Wave Station you went to. In the given example, the first Wave Station terminal in the game will give you Long Sword, Recovery 30, Mad Vulcan 1, and Area Eater.

To control what four White Cards are installed to your profile, you either have to choose a specific wave station, or you can use Noise Modification Gear to change your profile with ease. If you use either the High-Speed Blace Ace or Powered Red Joker promotional white cards, you may have an advantage due to the cards installing a white-card Noise Force Big-Bang (Meteorite Barrage/Atomic Blazer) to your folders.

The example of a Noised Card given is called Wheelz Noise. Like other Noised Cards, such as the cards Burai Noise and Gemini Spark Noise, it comes with a sub-class, in this case, Five of Diamonds.

The example of a White Card is the same one we got before: White Card 01. White cards work similar to the Wave Command Cards of the previous game's Touch Command System. They are installed onto your profile by use of a Blank Card in game. You can have as many White cards installed as you have Blank Cards available. White Card 01 has an electric theme. Selecting it in the game will activate a roulette between four cards. In this case, the cards are Plasma Gun, Stealth Laser 2, Mummy Hand 1, and Inazuma Head 1.

The final example is that of a Rezon Card. Rezon Cards specifically modify the Finalized Noise Changes, Black Ace or Red Joker, effectively allowing for customization of your ultimate form. This particular card, Ultimate Wood Master will partially activate upon achieving a Finalized Noise Change. When Rockman Finalizes, the stage will be covered in kusamura/grass panels. In addition, if the Rezon Card is active, all Wood Cards in your equipped folder will gain +3 Attack Stars. There is probably a different Rezon card that will grant Wood Body to the Finalized Noise Change, allowing a player to further benefit from the field change.

The artwork for the card features four wood type bosses. Three of them are bosses from previous games: Goat Kung-Fu, Ophiuchus Queen, and Condor Geograph There is a new boss who appears to be a moss-statue monster with a cannon in its mouth. Something to note is that it bears the Club motif, similar to the Spade motif found on Spade Magnets, meaning that this new boss will be one of the four bosses affected by Illegal Cards given by Queentia and Jack.

Noised cards specifically modify Rockman in his normal state as well as the Noise Changes and Merge Noises.

Ryuusei no Rockman 3 Data Book: Secret Sattelite Server

Capcom will be releasing the Shooting Star Rockman 3 Data Book: Secret Satellite Server on November 13th, 2008, same date with the release of Black Ace and Red Joker.

The book will cost 600 yen and is A5 sized. According to the description, there are two main sections included in the book. The first of these is the Henshin Archives. These are entries on the Noise Changes as well as their Merge Out variations, and some folder strategy for use with specialized folders preferred by the Wizard that the Noise Change is based on.

RnR3 in Corocoro for November!!

In this game, there will be 150 standards cards, 45 Mega cards (meaning 15 bosses per game), and 10 Giga cards.

Similar to Double Tribe, the game features "Merging Out". When a "Brother Force" appears in the custom screen, it can be used either to select from that brother's favorites (so much for being told that the Favorites system was gone) or "Merge Out", combining your own Noise with the brother's equipped Noise Change. The example given is Virgo x Ox, where Rockman gains all the attributes from both Noise Changes and becomes a white colored Ox Noise.

When you defeat someone on WiFi, you will be awarded with a "Rival Noise" card, which can be inserted into your Brother Band and it will appear in your Custom Screen during battle as if it were a Brother Force. It will contain the data of the Favorites equipped by your opponent during that battle as well as the Noise Change he/she was using.
The game will include Voice Chat, though it is unknown to what extent the voice chat will function.

The female Queentia and Virgo can merge to form the water-element type "Queen Virgo". She fights with a vicious water dragon.

Corvus and Virgo are revealed as FM-Seijin that have been corrupted by Noise and are affiliated with the villains. They are fire and water element respectively.
The villain organization is known as the "Dealers".

The younger brother Jack and Corvus can merge to form the fire-element type "Jack Corvus". He attacks with burning claws and wings.
There is another member of the Dealers known as "Mister King", a genius scientist.

The Boss Contest winner is called "Moon Disaster" and has a crescent moon motif. It is described as a conspicuous character fond of song.

Rules: how to select battle card

How to battle:

Pressing B to use the War-rock buster to attack enemy, the damage depends on your War-rock's attack

Technique: Using counter - attack right before when an enemy is about to attack, War-rock Attack can be used by pressing down to lock an enemy then when you press A Rockman will appear infront of the enemy perform what the battle card does.

Result would give you a rank, battle card, and Zenny

Joker Program is like the Ace Program, you could have direct access to the Meteor Server. It is also mentioned that the Joker Program was created by the Sattelite Police.

Noise Level will rise when a virus is attacked with an overkill card that is non-elemental.

When Noise is between 0% - 49% and a Noise Change is equipped, Rockman will undergo Form Out, where he merely changes shape. Ox Noise for example, In Form Out, Ox Noise grants +50 to fire cards and Super Armor.

When Noise exceeds 50%, Rockman will automatically perform Color Out and upgrade his equipped Noise Change to full transformation. Rockman also gains the Heat Cannon charged shot and the ability to perform Noise Force Big Bang on a counter.

Ox Noise's NFB is a 400 damage Atomic Blazer.

All Noise Changes are weak to certain type of attacks. Elemental forms are weak against the stronger element based on the elemental wheel (fire > wood > elec > aqua > fire) while other forms, such as Cygnus Noise, are weak against Swords. When hit by the weakness, Noise levels will automatically drop to 0% and any Color Out forms are canceled automatically into Form Out.

The Finalized Noise Changes. The stage that comes after Color Out form. When Noise exceeds 200%, upon opening the Custom screen, the player may choose to access the Meteor Server.

When the Finalized Noise Change, Black Ace or Red Joker, is accessed, players will also have access to exclusive cards.

Deleting viruses with 100% Noise or higher will yield random cards. What will happen is the spoils screen will appear with a red background instead of the usual blue color. Noisy waves will then present themselves to the player in the form of randomize battle cards that can be unrelated to the viruses defeated.

Whether these cards gained from Meteor G and 100% Noise are extra cards that go alongside the usual drop or replace the usual drop altogether is unknown.

Top Secret Document: Project TC allows all those who have been granted Trans Codes by the Satella Police to perform Denpa Henkan. And the fruit of the project is the founder of the project himself, who used the abilities of his own man-made Wizard and the Ace Program Noise Control System to form a powerful warrior: Akatsuki Shidou and his partner, Acid.

Code No.001 - Acid Ace

Main weapon is the Acid Blaster, a handgun that can transform into a sword. He's also armed with Anti Ballistic Shields on each shoulder. The head contains the Acid Wave Analyzer, which basically processes what Acid Ace sees and runs it through Acid's installed database. This is enhanced by Acid's high-speed processing ability. The Wing Verniers on his back help him channel his energies as well as maintain control of his high speed in battle. He bears the Satella Police Emblem on his chest.

Thanks to COCOROG we have the first artwork of Rockman Red Joker.

From the picture we can see that Red Joker's Noise Force Big Bang is Red Gaia Eraser

What would be differeces between the Black Ace version and the Red Joker version are:
-different Wave Battle Cards (not confirmed in Standard and Mega Cards yet)
-different Noise Change
-and different Finalized Noise (either Black Ace of Red Joker of course)

Rockman will be able to download exclusive cards from the Meteor Server that will appear in his folder during battle. Red Joker's exclusive cards are listed to include a weaker Red Gaia Eraser (200 damage) and a card called Big Grenade (60 damage). Also, at the end of a battle where
Finalized Noise Change is activated, the Noise level will automatically drop to 0% afterward.

Report makes mention of Noise Changes of Fear (恐怖のノイズチェンジ/Kyoufu no Noise Change). These transformations will present themselves towards the end of the game. They are randomly selected and assigned, though one can change their assigned Noise Change of Fear as they continue battling.

When enemy viruses are killed with 100% noise levels of higher, the card that is dropped will be random, meaning you could pick up completely unrelated cards from the virus defeated.

Not White Ace... but Red Joker!!

From what we know, the first title of RnR3 is Ryuusei no Rockman Black Ace. Some are expected of White Ace (real for real or not..), but the second title came out as Ryuusei no Rockman Red Joker!!

Both Black Ace and Red Joker will be released on November 13 this year.

Black Ace is a finalized Noise that has a very high speed while Red Joker has a very powerful power.

The realease of this two versions would include a special White Card that kinda is like a Brother Band (Black Ace would get High Speed Black Ace and Red Joker would get Powered Red Joker). When you select it, it would random one card from the four, which one of them include the Noise Force Big Bang (it's at the left top, Black Ace is Meteorite Barrage and Red Joker's Atomic Blazer - a name just like Fire Leo's SFB).

It's also worth noting that the Shooting Star Rockman manga is returning, although with a different artist! Takamisaki Ryou, who did the art and story for the original Rockman.exe manga, will return to illustrate the new installment of the Shooting Star series. Those who were fans of the original EXE manga will greatly welcome this change. The manga will be published in CoroCoro as usual.

Additional details:
In order to increase the Noise level during a virus battle, you must delete a virus in one time (like killing a 40Hp Mettrio one time with a sword will increase your Noise level by 40%). But towards the Boss enemies, the Noise level would increase by half the damage you make on the the boss with each attack. (Note: The Noise level would increase only to Non-Element attacks!)
Seems like the Program Advane from Rockman EXE is returning... (like three Cannons in a row makes a powerful Attack).

Noise Changes will still have their elements, so if your in Wolf Noise and is struck by a fire attack.. your Noise level will drop to 0% and you would return to your Normal Rockman form. Cygnus Noise has been told that swords elements is the weakness.

Some details on Noise Changes have also been revealed. Gemini Noise appears to have a Noise Force Big-Bang called Thunder Bolt Blazer. It also seems that the form will grant the Side Select ability. As for Cygnus Noise, in the "Color Out" form, it simply grants +10 damage to non-elemental cards and the Float ability.When the Noise level rises to above 50%, the transformation will fill in and Rockman will gain many more abilities, including the Feather Vulcan charged shot, which acts similarly to Air Spread, +30 damage to Wind-type cards, and the Noise Force Big-Bang Meteor Bomb, which strikes a 3x3 area twice for 140 damage per shot.

From Dark Messiah's Blog:
Favorite System of the Brother Band (still no detail of how it would affect the Brother Band system). The Regular System will return from Rockman EXE (the Megabyte value cards are returning, example like in EXE: Cannon is 10mb so you could put 4 of them in one folder).

Side Camera could be set through options from the menu.

Wave Holes are no longer use (yaah~!), and instead of Wave-in and Wave-out, Subaru will use Cyber In and Cyber Out instead - it could be done anywhere in the map!

In battle, the custom screen sorts cards by two categories: Support Use and Single Use. Single Use cards are the ordinary Battle Cards that we are all-too-well familiar with, such as the Cannon series and other offense cards as well as Barriers, Traps, and Recovery. Support Use cards are cards that can be used to affect the battle in different ways during special situations and they have been assigned attributes. Area Eater is neutral, Attack+10 is fire, Invisible is Aqua, Mahi Plus is Elec, and Kusamura Stage is Wood.

There's also mention of ways to modify War Rock's Wizard structure, though there are rules that must be followed and the setup/recoding must be submitted and approved by the Satella Police (kinda like Navi Customizer in EXE's).
